Arcwerks had previously worked with this client on other residential projects and was asked to work on renovating this residence. The project required modernizing the interior layout, reinforcing structural elements, and enhancing outdoor spaces. The key challenges included improving circulation within the residence, upgrading the covered patio for function and durability, and revitalizing the pool and landscaping -- all while maintaining the home’s mid-century character.

To modernize and enhance functionality, this renovation reimagined both interior/ exterior spaces and refined living areas for greater comfort and style.

The result transformed the home’s interior and exterior, with a redesigned kitchen, updated flooring, fresh paint, and upgraded lighting. The exterior features new landscaping, a decorative hardscape, pool resurfacing and an upgraded covered patio, blending indoor and outdoor living to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
